Who is responsible for finding an internship placement?
Each student is responsible for finding a workplace that can be approved by the Internship Committee.
In which semester can I complete my internship?
Students may complete their internships during the summer following the 6th semester.
Can I complete my internship at any date I want?
Internships must be completed within the dates determined by the Faculty of Communication.
How long is the internship period?
The internship period is 20 working days (excluding official holidays).
A full working day is calculated as 8 hours.
A week cannot exceed 6 working days.
If Saturdays are half-working days, they are counted as half days.
Can I take leave during my internship?
Internships must be carried out without interruption (except for accidents, health issues, or the death of a first-degree relative).
Leave may not exceed 10% of the internship period (2 days).
Students who are absent without excuse for 3 consecutive days or exceed 10% unexcused absence will be considered unsuccessful in their internship.
What should I do if I cannot continue my internship?
A student who cannot continue the internship must submit a written notice to the departmental Internship Committee within 5 working days.
